Returns & Refunds policy

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • A picture is taken to demonstrate the issue

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • If you are not satisfied, please let me know first. I'm happy to make modifications when possible (sizing, material etc.). I want you to love your jewelry as much as I do!

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase (buyer pays shipping and initial shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • Free repairs within 90 days (buyer pays shipping to send it back and I'll cover the cost when returning the item to you).

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please email Sayhey@pebblesandsilver.com for the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping

In-stock items are ready to ship within 1-4 business days. I will communicate any wait times outside this if it's due to my own reasons otherwise, I defer to USPS wait times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I refer to USPS for shipping time descriptions, as delays may arise in transit. All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. I will communicate with you directly if there are any extraneous circumstances. Upgraded shipping orders go out within 1-2 business days.

**Domestic orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International buyers are responsible for any applicable import fees/taxes/duties.
